About the Role
We are looking to employ a hands‐on supervisor to work with and manage our team of the Crushing Section. The role includes managing the team, overseeing, managing, and assisting with projects.
Responsibilities
* Manage the team and oversee day‐to‐day operations within the crushing section.
* Assist with and monitor project work.
Qualifications and Skills
* Five years post‐trade experience in the field of fitting.
* Ability to work with teams and give clear direction for tasks.
* Good level of organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, quickly and safely.
* Flexible with time availability to respond to all jobs.
* Responsible for complying with and actively implementing safety policies, procedures and work instructions.
* Higher responsibility tasks and duties expected as part of the supervisor role.
