Life Skills Coach
This role supports individuals with mental health challenges to develop life skills, manage their wellbeing and achieve personal goals.
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Life Skills Coach.
1. Create individual plans aligned with the NDIS framework.
2. Connect participants with community resources and services.
3. Collaborate with diverse teams, families, carers and service providers for seamless care.
The ideal candidate will have experience in person-centred care and recovery principles. A degree in Social Work, OT or Counselling is highly desirable.
