Overview
The Senior PR & Brand Partnerships Manager will lead Bali Body's global earned media and partnerships ecosystem, shaping and executing best-in-class PR, influencer, affiliate, and strategic brand collaboration strategies. This role is instrumental in driving brand awareness, strengthening cultural relevance, and delivering measurable commercial impact across our key global markets.
About the Role
This role owns the development and management of our three global PR strategies and oversees execution through agencies and key media relationships. In addition, the role leads our global influencer, affiliate and brand partnership strategies to drive earned reach, community growth and commercial impact. This position works cross-functionally with Marketing, Social, Performance, Ecommerce and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and maximum brand impact.
Responsibilities
* Develop and lead Bali Body's overarching global PR strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives
* Manage and optimise three core regional PR strategies (e.g. AU, UK, US)
* Drive consistent press coverage across print, digital and broadcast
* Conceptualise and execute PR activations, media events, influencer events and experiential moments that drive earned reach and brand impact
* Lead seasonal PR planning around product launches, campaigns and brand moments
* Identify reactive PR opportunities and cultural moments
* Monitor PR performance and report on coverage, reach, EMV, sentiment and brand impact
* Ensure consistent brand messaging across all markets
Influencer Marketing
* Own and evolve the global paid influencer strategy
* Identify and secure high-impact influencer partnerships aligned with brand positioning
* Oversee influencer seeding, ambassador programs and long-term partnerships
* Manage influencer budgets and ensure ROI-driven decision making
* Work closely with Social and Performance teams to amplify top-performing content
* Track, analyse and report on influencer performance and brand impact
Affiliate Marketing
* Lead and optimise the affiliate marketing strategy
* Manage affiliate platforms (ShopMy) and relationships
* Identify new affiliate partnership opportunities
* Monitor and report on performance, revenue contribution and ROI
Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
* Identify and secure strategic brand collaborations aligned with Bali Body's positioning
* Develop partnership proposals
* Lead end-to-end execution of brand collaborations (concept, negotiation, launch, amplification)
* Ensure collaborations drive both brand awareness and commercial growth
* Manage partnership contracts and deliverables
* Evaluate partnership performance and long-term value

Qualifications
* 6-8+ years experience in PR, influencer marketing and brand partnerships
* Experience managing global PR strategies across multiple markets
* Strong media relationships in beauty, lifestyle or fashion
* Strong commercial understanding and ability to link brand activity to revenue
* Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing
