Owners Corporations Manager – Shepparton
Chandler Macleod are seeking an Owners Corporations Manager for our client in Shepparton. This is an exciting opportunity to train in the management and administration of a portfolio of Residential, Industrial, and Commercial properties, with the goal of progressing to manage your own portfolio.
About the Role:
You will work closely with Senior OC Managers, providing administrative and management support while developing your skills across all aspects of Owners Corporation management. This includes:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with Owners Corporations.
* Addressing proactive and reactive maintenance issues.
* Supporting budgeting, financial reporting, accounts receivable/payable, and annual reports.
* Assisting with Annual General Meetings and dispute resolution.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, codes, and professional standards.

* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Effective communication skills, including negotiation, mediation, and facilitation.

Additional Information:
* Professional membership with Strata Community Australia (Vic) is preferred.
* Flexible working may be required to support meetings outside normal hours, with time in lieu offered.
* Travel within Victoria may be required, so a current driver’s licence is preferable.
* No individual licensing required for this role.
