What You'll Do
Own end-to-end payroll processing for a small group of employees
Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation and Schneider Electric's internal policies
Maintain accurate employee records, timesheets, and leave balances
Respond to payroll queries with professionalism and care
Support audits, reporting, and reconciliations
What You'll Bring
12–18 months of payroll experience in the Australian market
A base-level understanding of Australian payroll legislation
Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
