About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team in Albury. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping injured workers return to sustainable employment and assisting them to overcome barriers to employment.
Job Description:
As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing health-focused solutions that lead to measurable, positive mental health outcomes for clients. This will involve leading and mentoring, tendering and business development, recruitment and ongoing performance management, product and service delivery improvements, and quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* AHPRA Registration as a Provisional or General Psychologist, or ASORC/RCAA Accreditation as a Rehab Counsellor;
* Experience in rehabilitation consulting, preferably with a focus on leadership roles;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
