Job Description
* Work in Clayton but be willing to travel to 3PL operations in Tullamarine
* Support continuous improvement in logistics processes and cost efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in procurement processes.
* Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve departmental objectives.
* Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
* Manage strategic relationship with 3PL provider.
* Oversee import / export operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Utilize SAP MM and SD for inventory control and order management.
* Ensure accurate handling and classification of dangerous goods.
* Monitor 3PL performance and drive service improvements.
* Liaise with internal teams on stock levels, replenishment, and delivery timelines.
* Interpret and apply technical inventory terminology across systems and documentation.
* Support continuous improvement in logistics processes and cost efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 3PL Manager should have :
* Relevant qualifications in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
* Proven experience managing 3PL relationships in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors
* Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and temperature‑sensitive products
* Expertise in SAP MM and SD modules for inventory and order management
* Familiarity with dangerous goods classifications and handling protocols
* Knowledge of import / export regulations and documentation requirements
* Ability to interpret technical inventory terminology and logistics data
* Track record of ensuring compliance with healthcare and TGA standards
