A Day in the Life
No two days are the same. You'll be out in the community and visiting clients in their homes, supporting with:
* Companionship – bringing warmth and connection to someone's day
* Domestic assistance – light cleaning to keep homes safe and tidy
* Personal care – showering, dressing and grooming support
* Transport – appointments, shopping and community outings
* Medication assistance – helping keep health routines on track
* Meal preparation – preparing simple, nutritious meals
* Meaningful engagement – encouraging hobbies, social connection and independence
You'll be travelling across Dubbo and surrounding areas.Ideal availability is Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required.
What We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care (or similar)
* A reliable car, valid driver's licence and comprehensive car insurance
* First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for daily tasks
