I'm looking for a passionate and driven STORE MANAGER who loves FASHION to help lead their COCKBURN GATEWAY Boutique. Not only will you be working in a fun and inclusive environment, you will be a part of a team that is supportive, nurturing and has opportunities for career development and ongoing training.
As the Store Manager at Cockburn Gateway, you will lead and drive store KPI's and budgets, while maintaining high levels of visual presentation throughout the business. You will need to be across all facets of retail management: Sales and Styling, Shrinkage, Stock Management, VM, Wages, Rostering and People Management. With a focus on elevating the customer journey, you will become the trusted advisor in all things styling, outfitting and building a strong network of return clientele.
You will bring:
