Student Support Coordinator
The role of Student Support Coordinator is critical to delivering exceptional student services. This position will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing the provision of support services, including implementation of student experience initiatives, pastoral care, and database reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of support staff and provide guidance on best practices in student services.
* Implement student experience initiatives, including student orientation and pastoral care programs.
* Contribute to database reviews and process improvement projects to ensure efficient delivery of student services.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote the understanding of student services processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in culturally diverse teams within Indigenous Australian families, communities, and organizations.
* Proven experience providing quality support services or customer service.
* Highly effective interpersonal skills, including proficient written and oral communication.
* A minimum tertiary qualification of a Certificate IV level or higher in a relevant discipline would be desirable.
