THE OPPORTUNITY
JAC Civil is seeking an experienced Concreter with a strong background in civil construction and structural concreting for a permanent, full-time or casual role. Join a market leader in civil infrastructure, working with major clients such as Fraser Coast Regional Council and HQ Plantations.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Concreter, you will:
* Construct civil concrete structures including formwork, kerb and channel, slabs, footpaths, headwalls, and aprons
* Build to design levels and job specifications
* Read and interpret plans and drawings to deliver quality outcomes
* Operate plant and equipment as needed (holding internal competencies)
* Forecast, plan, and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision
* Use company tablets for online dockets, timesheets and daily diaries
* Work safely and contribute to JACC's strong safety culture
* Mentor others, share experience and support the onsite team
KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Certificate III in Concreting or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years' concreting or leading hand experience (civil preferred, non-mining)
* Proven ability to work independently and in teams
* Sound knowledge of formwork and finishing techniques
* Ability to meet project targets and production goals
* Current QLD driver's licence (MR minimum)
* Construction White Card or willing to obtain
* Physically fit and able to work across various site conditions
* Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
