Job Description
* Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.
* Maintain accurate records and manage documentation for operational processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimise workflows and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators within the logistics department.
* Assist in the allocation and scheduling of resources to meet operational demands.
* Identify and resolve issues that impact operational efficiency.
* Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
* Provide administrative assistance to support the logistics team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful business coordinator should have:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Minimum of 2 years working in Warehousing and/or Inventory Management across the private or government sector
* Hold a valid forklift licence
* Hold a valid drivers licence
* Proficiency in using Oracle software for tracking and reporting.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment in Melbourne.
