Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Develop and implement schedules and priorities to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilising.
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
* Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.

About You
* Possess a Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or minimum 5 years' experience.
* Have industry leadership experience.
* Hold a Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
* Possess a White Card.
* Hold a valid Driver's license.
* Display excellent communication skills as a team player.
