Customer Service Representative - Banking

About the Role

Join our Melbourne-based team as a Customer Service Representative, supporting customers with general banking enquiries — no sales or upselling, just real conversations and problem‑solving.

You'll be helping with:

* Account balances and card replacements
* Updating personal information
* Online banking support and fraud enquiries
* Dispute investigations and feedback capture


What We're Looking For

* Customer service experience is great, but not essential
* You're confident using a computer and navigating multiple systems
* You communicate clearly and professionally
* You enjoy solving problems and helping people
* You've completed at least Year 10 or equivalent

Training

* Weeks 1–3: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm
* Weeks 4–7: On‑the‑job coaching, Mon–Fri between 8:00 am–8:00 pm
