We're on the lookout for a
Produce
Manager
to lead one of our clients well-established deli departments within their Mount Pleasant store.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a
growing WA-owned supermarket group

About The Role
As Produce Manager, you'll take full ownership of the Produce department, leading your team to deliver:
A premium, fresh and seasonal product offer
A standout customer experience every day
Operational excellence in stock management, compliance and visual merchandising
A culture of safety, quality, and service
You'll work closely with your Store Manager and have the backing of a supportive Head Office team, all while enjoying job security, a work-life balanced roster, and plenty of scope for future store leadership development.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Leadership experience in a deli, fresh food, supermarket or hospitality environment
A deep knowledge of deli produce and quality standards
Strong understanding of food safety compliance, Food Handling Certificate preferred
A hands-on, people-first leadership style with experience in training and team development
Confidence in managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
