Lenard’s Redlynch is a locally owned store specialising in fresh, hand-made chicken products. We are seeking a reliable Chicken Boner / Production Team Member to join our production team - Visa sponsorship available for applicants with the right qualifications such as butcher small goods maker.
About the role:
This is a hands-on production role preparing fresh chicken products to Lenard’s quality standards, including deboning, trimming, and assembling a range of ready-to-cook meals.
Key duties include:
* Deboning and preparing chicken using knives and equipment
* Producing chicken products to set recipes and quality standards
* Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
* Stock handling and rotation
* Working as part of a fast-paced production team
Skills & experience required:
* Previous knife skills or meat/chicken processing experience preferred
* Experience in food production, butchery, or commercial kitchens desirable
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
* Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
* Willingness to follow food safety and workplace procedures
