**The opportunity**
In your role as a Campus Recruitment Manager based in Perth, Brisbane or Canberra, you'll manage our recruitment teams based in regional offices by overseeing campus team workload and resource, driving campaign planning and execution of campus strategy, events and programs, and assisting with operations management. You'll also lead a number of strategic initiatives to help build our pipeline of future leaders. This role is full-time and will be a on an initial 12-month contract.
**Skills and attributes for success**
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to think outside the box and influence
- Ability to build relationships and lead a team, be adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast pace high volume environment
- A passion for campus recruitment
- You will be required to flex hours in busy periods and be available for occasional evening events
**Ideally, you'll also have**
- Experience in a campus or student recruitment environment
- Experience in supporting teams remotely in other locations
