Advising a range of high-profile clients such as owners/landlords, government bodies, shopping centres, and corporate developers etc. Manage transactions from start to finish, working on all facets of property law, such as property development, leasing, due diligence, acquisition, sales and land subdivision, The ideal candidate: A senior Lawyer with at least 5 PQE, and experience working on high value commercial property transactions. A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records. Excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property documents. A commercial acumen with strong client management & stakeholder skills.
