As we accelerate our growth, we are seeking an innovative professional to leverage our physical and digital assets to drive sales.

About the Role

This is a unique, hybrid role designed for a new-age commercial professional. You will be the central engine for revenue growth, leveraging our Dandenong South showroom as a primary tool for both B2B client engagement and B2C customer interactions. This position masterfully blends hands-on sales across both business and consumer channels, showroom management, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

* Dual-Channel Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets across both B2B and B2C customer segments.
* Showroom Management & Client Engagement:

* Manage and curate our Dandenong South showroom as a dynamic space for both corporate client meetings and direct consumer sales.

* Host B2B clients for professional product demonstrations and provide exceptional in-person service to walk-in B2C customers.
* Digital Marketing & Social Media:

* Develop and execute dual-focused social media strategies that engage both business clients and end consumers.

* Create diverse content from the showroom floor, including technical B2B demonstration videos and engaging B2C product highlight reels.
* Multi-Channel Relationship Management: Proactively identify and onboard new business clients while effectively managing direct consumer relationships and inquiries.
* Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research into both commercial and retail market trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.

About You

You are a versatile sales professional with demonstrated experience across both B2B and B2C environments. You possess the unique ability to transition seamlessly between corporate negotiations and direct consumer engagement, combined with strong digital marketing capabilities.

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Proven B2B Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years in business-to-business sales with a track record of developing corporate accounts and closing complex deals.
* Substantial B2C Sales Background: Demonstrated experience in direct-to-consumer sales environments with strong customer service orientation.
* Fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to both corporate presentations and social media engagement.
* Hands-on experience in social media management, including content creation and analytics.
* A valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel.
* The legal right to work full-time in Australia.

Highly Desirable:

* Experience selling capital equipment or high-value products in both B2B and B2C contexts.
* Background in showroom, retail, or hospitality management with dual-channel customer engagement.
* Experience in cold chain, hospitality, or commercial equipment sectors.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
