About the role Reporting to the Account Manager and working as part of the in-house advertising team, you will assist with the efficient and effective production of advertising material.
Responsibilities include;
Confidently liaising with internal staff, business units and external stakeholders. Maintaining and updating files as required. Consistently meeting strict deadlines. Managing changes and correspondence effectively. Overseeing copywriters and designers to ensure timely completion of work. Making informed judgements and identifying potential issues. Other ad hoc duties to assist with the efficient running of GP Advertising.
About you You will be organised, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills. You will thrive on learning new concepts and adeptly supporting the team with various tasks, simultaneously.
You will also have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to follow procedures and work independently. Ability to identify issues and make informed decisions as required. A proactive and supportive attitude towards assisting other team members.
