Steakhouse Team Leader
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic leader to join our team at the Austral Hotel. As a Steakhouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the publican to maintain a smooth, safe, and welcoming atmosphere in our popular steakhouse.
About the role:
* You will be responsible for ensuring that all team members are well-trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
* You will work closely with the publican to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
* You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the steakhouse area.
* You will assist with managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
About you:
* You have experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry.
* You have a strong understanding of customer service principles and are able to train and motivate team members to provide excellent service.
* You are able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
* You hold current industry qualifications (RSA, RSG, RMLV) or are willing to obtain them.
