Engineering Recruitment Consultant | Rarekind | Unearthing Engineering Talent | Electrical & Construction Specialist |

* Make Your Impact Count | Full-Time Role
* Trusted Australian Brand | Based in Carole Park
* Work Across the Business | Room to Grow

Have you got a few years under your belt in sustainability or environmental science?

Are you looking to turn that experience into real impact in a business that's actively investing in doing things better?

This is your opportunity to step into a full-time role with one of Australia's most trusted food manufacturing brands, where sustainability isn't just a buzzword, it's part of the plan.

With a growing focus on environmental responsibility, they're looking for someone to help embed sustainable thinking across the business, from operations to strategy, reporting, and everything in between.

If you've got experience in FMCG or food manufacturing, and you're ready to take the lead on meaningful environmental projects, this could be your next step.

About The Opportunity:

This isn't just a compliance box to tick.

As Sustainability Coordinator, you'll work closely with teams across operations, innovation, marketing and science to guide sustainability projects from start to finish.

That might mean collecting data, tracking action plans, or working with major customers on their ESG expectations. It could mean helping prepare for audits, investigating new grants, or bringing your perspective to cross-functional business projects.

You'll also be the go-to for monitoring regulatory requirements, attending incident investigations when needed, and supporting a culture of continuous environmental improvement.

The role is based on-site at Carole Park and offers the chance to work on business-wide projects that make a visible difference.

You'll be supported by a business that wants to do better, not just because it's expected, but because it's the right thing to do.

About You:

You've spent the last 3–5 years in the environmental or sustainability space, ideally in a fast-paced FMCG or manufacturing environment where juggling priorities is second nature.

You've got a good grip on ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks like GRI and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and you're comfortable working with data and documentation.

You don't mind being hands-on, whether it's liaising with an external auditor, rolling up your sleeves to support on a grant application, or reviewing progress across departments.

You're proactive, reliable, and well-organised.

Someone who sees opportunity for improvement and takes the lead.

If you're confident building relationships, working autonomously, and keeping the detail sharp, you'll thrive here.

About The Business:

This is a long-standing Australian-owned food manufacturer with over 50 years of industry leadership.

Known for their quality, consistency, and innovation, they supply trusted products to retailers and foodservice providers nationwide.

You'll be joining a team that values fresh thinking, backs their people, and gives you the autonomy to make a real impact, without the red tape.

Big enough to offer stability and growth. Small enough for your ideas to be heard.

The Next Steps:

Hit apply if you have a CV. It doesn't need to be up to date. No stress if you don't have one, just reach out to me on LinkedIn – Mackenzie Hollow.
