Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week, Wednesday–Sunday, lunch and dinner service)
Availability: Must be available evenings, weekends, and peak season (January)
Arlo, a vibrant pasta and wine bar overlooking the stunning Portarlington Pier, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our floor team and create unforgettable guest experiences. With a strong focus on our exceptional drinks offering, a passion for wine and cocktails is essential to thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily floor operations during lunch and dinner services (Wednesday–Sunday).
* Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure memorable dining experiences.
* Oversee and inspire the team to maintain Arlo's high standards.
* Leverage your knowledge of wine and cocktails to enhance our drinks-focused menu.
* Ensure smooth operations during peak season, particularly in January.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a high-energy dining environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Passion for wine, cocktails, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during peak season (January).
* Ability to thrive in a beachside, fast-paced setting.
