Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Leadership: Oversee course planning, design, and continuous improvement to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
2. Quality Assurance: Ensure educational resources, assessments, and courses meet high standards of quality, consistency, and compliance.
3. Academic Staff Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of qualified academic staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
4. Student Success: Develop strategies to support student retention, completion, and academic success, ensuring access to necessary resources and support services.
5. Networked Operations: Manage academic operations, collaborate with the Academic Leadership Team, and ensure efficient workflow.
What You Bring

2. Academic Expertise: A Master's degree in a relevant field, with a PhD or professional doctorate preferred.
3. Commitment to Excellence: Dedication to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and student support.

5. Contemporary Knowledge: Up-to-date with developments in Chinese medicine, informed by ongoing scholarship, research, or practice advancements.

7. Current Registrations: Must have current registration with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
