We are currently seeking a qualified Financial Clerk to join our team. The role will involve working in the accounts receivable team, preparing invoices for entry, resolving customer or supplier queries, maintaining the customer data file, reconciling accounts, monitoring payments of invoices and providing reception relief as required.
To be successful in this position you will require:
* Minimum 1-2 years accounts experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* High volume data entry skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Problem-solving skills and ability to think autonomously
* Superior verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient computer skills including accounting programs
* Proactive and flexible attitude and mindset
