About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Stores and Supply Officer to join our busy Stores Department on a permanent full-time basis. This is a practical role, so you will need to handle manual tasks safely and efficiently while keeping our hospital running smoothly.
What you will do:
- Keep hospital departments stocked with the items they need, when they need them.
- Order, receive, and store stock safely and efficiently.
- Maintain stock levels and follow hospital inventory policies.
- Generate usage reports to help manage stock and support hospital operations.

Your Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous supply/purchasing experience.
- Experience using SAP/other computerised inventory control system.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
- Computer literacy skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft.
- Hold a current QLD drivers' licence and forklift licence.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in a hospital environment supply role.
- Qualification in Purchasing or SAP.

Requirements
- Must provide or complete a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
