* Resolve intricate technical issues related to open source software
* Maintain close working relationships with Canonical’s Field, Support, and product engineering teams
* Engage with upstream communities to collaborate on common goals
* Develop bug fixes, backport patches, and work with upstream for inclusion
* Review code produced by other engineers
* Exercise sound judgment in technical approaches and methodologies
* Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively against established priorities
* Participate in team discussions to improve processes, tools, and documentation
* Communicate technical information clearly and concisely
