As a part-time (0.8) or full-time Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function and supporting the broader finance team in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.What you'll be doingProcessing and reconciling supplier invoices and expense claims in a timely and accurate mannerMaintaining the accounts payable ledger and ensuring payments are made within agreed termsLiaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve any billing or payment queriesMaintain vendor files and ensure all payment documentation is complete and compliant.Providing administrative support to the finance team as requiredAdhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies and proceduresWhat we're looking forProven experience in an accounts payable roleStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, with the ability to work to tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applicationsRelevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (desirable but not essential)What we offerAt Rembrandt Living, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that values the wellbeing of our employees.
