Responsibilities
 * Spend your shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives.
 * Work with a small, stable team to provide consistent care and support.
 * Be trained in areas such as Autism, Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, and Moving & Positioning.
 * Receive training, ongoing support, PPE, and opportunities for professional development.
Who you will be supporting
We are a close-knit group of four housemates aged between 40 and 68, living in a warm and friendly home in St Helens. We value respect, kindness, and a good sense of humour, with individual personalities and interests.

Other important information
 * We have at least 2 core staff during the day and 2 core staff at night.
 * Shifts vary; currently 8am – 8pm and 8pm – 8am, with potential alternative shifts.
 * We are looking for good listeners who are willing to train and grow in supporting us.
