Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard and manage education agents in China and Taiwan. Build strong relationships with recruitment partners to ensure compliance with policies.
Conduct regular agent training and provide updated marketing materials, course information and compliance guidance.
Track and monitor agent performance, reporting on conversion rates and student pipeline.
Represent the institution at education fairs, webinars and student recruitment events online and in-person.
Student Support
Provide tailored support for Chinese students from pre-arrival through to graduation.
Assist students with enrolment, orientation, cultural adjustment and academic services.
Act as the first point of contact for students requiring translation or language support.
Organise student engagement activities, workshops and communication channels for the Chinese-speaking student community.
General Marketing & Support
Assist with development and localisation of marketing campaigns targeting the Chinese market.
Collaborate with admissions and compliance teams to ensure accurate student records and smooth application processing.
Contribute to broader institutional marketing initiatives and international recruitment strategies.
Provide cross-cultural advice to enhance student experience and engagement.
