The National Security TAFE Centre of Excellence builds knowledge, skills, and processes to develop Australia's sovereign capability and ensure its capacity to build sovereign manufacturing, digital and technology capabilities, and enhance and protect Australia's national security.
The Manager - Strategic Engagement is responsible for leading the strategic engagement efforts that support the work of the TAFE Centre of Excellence. As the Manager - Strategic Engagement, you will develop and oversee comprehensive consultation, and engagement strategies that effectively convey the importance of workforce development and the goals of the Centre of Excellence, ensuring alignment with broader government objectives and public expectations.
The Skills You Bring
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing internal, external and stakeholder engagement processes for large, complex projects and issues.
* Extensive working knowledge at a high level of strategic communications, public affairs, media and stakeholder engagement strategies, principles and techniques and associated strategic planning processes, tools and publication methods.
* Extensive experience in strategic engagement planning, and proven experience in utilising communications and engagement strategies in industry engagement at a senior level.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
