As a Digital Shipyard Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and digital solutions, ensuring that technology initiatives align with strategic objectives.
You will provide business analysis support to digital projects by translating stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will collaborate with designers and consultants to ensure solutions align with business objectives and user expectations.
The role involves conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet acceptance criteria, maintaining low defect rates, and resolving critical issues promptly. You will also support Capability Management Process and contribute to the development of business cases. Additionally, you will track and report solution performance metrics to guide continuous improvement and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
To succeed in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, as well as 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in digital IT or shipbuilding environments, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
