Full-Time Licensed Conveyancer – Residential Property Team (Wollongong)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Conveyancer to join our busy Residential Property team in our Wollongong office. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of client service and efficient file management throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
* Running residential conveyancing files independently from instruction through to settlement
* Preparing and reviewing contracts for sale and purchase of land, leases and related documentation
* Conducting title and property searches, due diligence and settlement coordination
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
* Managing key dates and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedures
* Attending to settlements via PEXA or similar platforms
About You
* Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year experience in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to manage files autonomously from start to finish
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
