Key Responsibilities
As the Education and Quality Leader, you will oversee the development of staff capabilities through education and training. This will include delivering workshops, presentations, and coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
* Lead and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
* Develop and implement education programs that meet the needs of the organization.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs.
Requirements
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration (essential).
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a clinical leadership role within aged care or a transferable healthcare setting.
