Your Role
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall operations and leadership of the centre. You’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality programs, build meaningful relationships with families, support and mentor your team, and work closely with your operations support contact to continue strengthening the centre’s culture and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
* Build strong, trusting relationships with families, children, and educators.
* Mentor, support and manage a team of passionate early childhood professionals. Drive occupancy growth and lead enrolment strategies.
* Oversee budgeting, rosters, and centre administration.
* Collaborate with your operations support manager to implement effective centre-wide strategies.
Who You Are
* A qualified Diploma-level educator (or higher).
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor.
* Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and compliance frameworks.
* Flexible, collaborative, and direct leadership style with a focus on mentorship and accountability.
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to building a positive team culture.
