* Develop and oversee resource infill drilling programs to improve resource confidence and orebody knowledge.
* Ensure effective integration of geology inputs into mine planning and scheduling processes.
* Lead the design and execution of grade control programs to optimise ore recovery and minimise dilution.
* Oversee ore delineation, dig line definition, and real‐time geological support to mining operations.
* Manage stockpile control systems, ensuring accurate tracking, classification, and utilisation of ore and waste.
* Establish and maintain robust reconciliation processes (model vs. grade control vs. production).
* Analyse variances and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve accuracy and performance.
* Provide timely and accurate geological reporting, forecasts, and advice to the management team.
* Develop, implement, and maintain geology procedures, standards, and systems.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company standards, and reporting obligations (e.g. JORC where applicable).

* Set clear expectations and manage performance in line with business objectives.
* Support workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning for the geology function.
* Demonstrate visible safety leadership and ensure all geology activities are conducted in accordance with site safety systems.
* Promote a proactive safety culture, including hazard identification and risk management.
* Ensure environmental compliance in all geology‐related activities (e.g. drilling, sampling, disturbance).
* Develop and manage operating and capital budgets for the geology function.
* Monitor costs and drive efficiencies while maintaining quality and performance standards.
* Work closely with Mining, Processing, and Technical Services teams to support operational outcomes.
* Provide expert geological advice to site leadership to inform decision‐making.

* Demonstrated experience in grade control, resource definition drilling, and reconciliation processes.
* Experience managing geological teams in an operational environment, including contractors.
* Proven capability in budget management and cost control.
* Experience working within owner's team / contractor (EPC or Alliance) models (highly desirable).
Technical Skills
* Strong understanding of resource modelling, orebody interpretation, and grade estimation.
* Experience with geological and mine planning software (e.g. Surpac, Micromine, Leapfrog or similar).
