The OpportunityAt Infinite Aged Care, our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor (HSW) is a key member of the People & Culture team, responsible for integrating health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives. Reporting to the WHS Manager based on the Gold Coast, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of WHS and promote a positive safety culture. This is a national role requiring travel to various sites.Our RoleParticipate in national initiatives to reduce risks related to injury trends and align with organizational strategic goals. Promote a proactive safety culture by identifying safety trends and leading improvements.Review and develop safety training programs, translating best practices into actionable initiatives to improve safety outcomes and reduce incidents. Deliver training as needed.Collaborate with operational leaders on incident reporting and investigations. Assist in reviewing incidents, hazards, and regulatory notifications.Support the development and implementation of wellbeing initiatives that align with organizational values and strategic goals, including psychosocial programs.Assist in analyzing safety data, developing trend reports, and maintaining records within specified timeframes.Manage administrative duties, including operating safety systems and monitoring the WHS inbox.About YouDegree or related tertiary qualifications in WHS, with 3+ years of experience in a WHS advisory role.Extensive knowledge of relevant WHS legislation and regulations.Experience in report writing and policy development related to WHS.Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead, coach, influence, and drive outcomes.Ability to perform tasks safely, without risk of injury to yourself, colleagues, or residents.Capacity to manage multiple projects effectively.Availability to travel nationally as required.Ability to obtain a National Police Check and hold a valid driver’s license.Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.Who Are We?Infinite Aged Care is a leading provider of residential aged care services with 17 facilities across Australia.
