National Pallet Controller & Quality Assurance Manager
About the Role
The National Pallet Controller plays a key role in driving accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple site operations.
You'll oversee safety and quality programs, manage pallet movements nationwide, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment.
Duties
Manage pallet and equipment movements, stocktakes, and reconciliations across all sites.
Oversee safety, supplier compliance, and audit preparation.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop process improvements and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role involving pallet control, equipment hire, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
Assertive communicator with strong interpersonal skills to engage suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Tenacious and solutions-focused, with the ability to investigate variances, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
