About the role
As our Oracle guru, you will lead the seamless delivery and ongoing maintenance of our finance systems, primarily Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), to support and strengthen day-to-day finance operations. You will be the subject matter expert for planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement of EPM processes, ensuring the precision and consistency of financial data and information. You will also provide support for ERP finance administration and act as a key resource for finance system enhancements.
Support quarterly forecasting, annual budget, and multi-year corporate planning processes.Facilitate month-end and year-end data rollovers, model refreshes, and data migrations.Develop and support financial models and reports for management reporting, planning, and forecasting.Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to improve the accuracy and efficiency of planning and reporting processes and systems and deliver greater automation.Provide ERP finance administration support, including account, project and cost centre setup, reporting hierarchies, and month-end close activities.Collaborate with finance and technology teams to resolve issues during critical month/year-end processes and finance system updates.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, or a related field.Oracle EPM and/or ERP certifications strongly preferred.Accounting qualifications (CA or CPA) are highly desirable.Exceptional hands-on technical experience in Oracle EPM, with a proven track record of supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning processesExperience providing ERP financial administration and financial reporting supportExtensive experience in reporting, data analytics, and problem-solving.Advanced skills in designing and executing complex SQL queries, Oracle coding language, data modelling, integrations, and data management.Strong requirement gathering and change management skills, with demonstrated capability in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Financial operations knowledge, including management reporting, planning and forecasting and financial reporting consolidation.Proven ability to engage in strategic business partnerships with stakeholders of varying seniority, translating technical requirements into easily digestible language.Ability to think and plan strategically, with a self-driven demeanour and flexibility to meet dynamic business needs.Possess a hands-on, team-oriented attitude, willing to tackle any task necessary to ensure the success of the team.Embrace company and team culture, uphold our brand, always deliver with highest quality, and live our commitments.
