Job Title:
Document Controller
First 4 weeks in the Adelaide office to build relationships then move to a hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, (Hybrid) with occasional site travel

Role Summary
We are seeking two Document Controllers / Information Management Officers to support a document consolidation and standardisation project. The role involves high-volume, detail-focused work transferring content from existing documents into approved templates and ensuring compliance with document control standards.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to candidates comfortable with repetitive document work.
Key Responsibilities
* Transfer and format content into new document templates
* Ensure document accuracy, consistency, and compliance
* Manage controlled documents and version control
* Support document migration into designated systems
* Complete assigned tasks independently and to schedule
Skills & Experience
* Experience in document control or information management
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Technical writing experience (desirable)
Technical Skills
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio)
* Adobe PDF
* SharePoint
* Aconex (desirable)
Additional Information
* Occasional site travel may be required
