ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking someone who either:
* Has experience working in the floristry industry
* Is currently studying floristry and wants hands‑on experience in a real shop environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create floral designs for the shop front
* Assist with event florals, wedding arrangements, and funeral tributes
* Maintain general shop presentation and cleanliness
* Process flower stock and condition blooms
* Support the team during peak periods
QUALIFICATIONS
* Floristry experience or currently studying floristry
* Ability to work confidently independently and as part of a team
* Strong eye for detail and genuine passion for flowers
* Creative flair and willingness to learn
* Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Availability to work 4–5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays
* Must be comfortable working on busy floral periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.
