We are seeking a visionary leader to set the strategic direction for our organisation, ensuring our services remain person-centred, accessible, connected, effective and safe.
As a Non-Executive Board Director, you will provide oversight of organisational performance and financial sustainability, champion inclusive and culturally safe environments, and participate in Board and Committee meetings.
Key qualities and skills required for this role include clinical mental health expertise, integrity and accountability, financial and legal literacy, commitment to inclusion, curiosity, collaboration and courage, emotional intelligence, and commercial judgement and purpose-driven focus.
The ideal candidate will have previous Board or governance experience in not-for-profit or related sectors, experience in governance, quality and risk, and skills in legal, finance, public relations, stakeholder engagement or business development.
Mandatory requirements include current membership of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) or equivalent, willingness to complete relevant governance training, and ability to satisfy all relevant background checks.
