About the role
Join the Garvie Holdings Team in a management role at Snap Fitness Club Wangaratta North East Victoria. In this role, you will be required to work with the team in the running of this amazing new club. You will be required to but not limited to sales, cleaning, working with the team and the direction of the operations team. You will be required to ensuring exceptional member experience and driving the club's performance to the KPI's that have been set.
What you'll be doing
* Working with and helping build roles for Pt & Goup Fitness
* Assist in the club's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and membership administration
* Develop and implement strategies to drive member engagement, retention and growth
* Provide excellent customer service and address member queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the club's facilities and equipment
* Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to achieve sales, marketing and operational goals
* Lead, coach and develop the club's team of fitness professionals
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
* A Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role is an advantage
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional member experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Proficient in sales, marketing and financial management
* Passion for health, fitness and wellness, with a desire to inspire and motivate others
* Relevant qualifications in sport, recreation or business management are highly desirable
