About the Role
We are seeking a Property Asset Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs;
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for both existing and new clients;
* Carrying out regular property inspections to ensure optimal condition;
* Managing debtor accounts in an efficient and timely manner;
* Organising repairs and maintenance on behalf of landlords;
* Preparing necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants;
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation;
* A current driver's licence;
* A Certificate to work in Industry (preferred but not essential);
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
* A keen eye for detail;
* The ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating enthusiasm, energy and organisational skills with good time management.
