Summary

As a Talent Partner you will play a key role in the end‐to‐end recruitment process, supporting principals and office managers with job design, advertising, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for applicants and hiring teams.

  • Salary: $92,570 – $104,607 plus super

About the Opportunity

  • Provide expert advice and support to principals and office managers on all aspects of recruitment (job design, evaluation, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
  • Support a portfolio of schools and office teams, with flexibility to assist across all areas as needed.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding and off‐boarding, ensuring accurate data entry in the Recruitment System/HRIS.
  • Adhere to and apply established recruitment and employment policies and industrial requirements.
  • Deliver quality advice, coaching and support for all talent and people system processes.
  • Proactively manage applicant and candidate interactions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain efficient electronic records and contribute to continuous improvement of talent and people systems.
  • Represent BCE at events to attract new and existing talent, as required.

About You

  • Experience in end‐to‐end recruitment (internal or agency), ideally within the education sector.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to build passive and active talent pipelines.
  • Strong administrative support skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder engagement experience, ensuring timely and inclusive information flow.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment and employment policies and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, providing information to internal and external stakeholders in response to queries.
  • Organisational skills and strong problem‐solving ability.

Eligibility and Safeguarding Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
  • Positive Notice Blue Card for work with children.
