Campaign Marketing Manager

* Act as the guardian of the Kleenheat brand, ensuring all developed materials adhere to the style guide.
* Negotiate and manage advertising, media, and research agency relationships.
* Initiate and oversee sponsorships and event activations, including contract evaluation and negotiation.
* Establish and maintain significant acquisition partnerships to support customer growth targets.
* Align offline and digital activity to achieve cohesive, impactful marketing outcomes.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team across campaign, partnerships, and creative functions.
* Monitor industry and competitor activity, providing proactive strategic recommendations.
* Analyze performance data, present results, and offer clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement across marketing processes, ways of working, and agency engagement.
* Possess tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Demonstrate 5+ years' experience in a marketing or advertising environment at manager level, ideally in a consumer-facing business.
* Display strong knowledge of the Western Australian marketing and competitive landscape.
