As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for retention and growing sales in an existing portfolio whilst securing new business and growing profitability through effective price, product substitution and contract management.
What you will enjoy doing
* Winning, retaining and growing customers to contribute to the achievement of sales, service and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market is significant to this role
* In addition, you will Identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects
* You will develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers
* Furthermore, you provide technical assistance, solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience
* Also you will be working collaboratively across internal functions and plants
What makes you great
* You possess strong selling and business development skills including customer negotiation
* In addition, you have thorough knowledge of price and contract management
* Your experience in growing existing accounts, generation and conversion is second to none
* Excellent time management skills afford a results focused approach, you must takes initiatives
* You are a natural negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Although not essential, welding, fabrication, or similar trade experience will be highly regarded
* You have the ability to travel and hold a clean driver's license (essential)
