This role plays a vital part in shaping Tasmania's health workforce by contributing to curriculum that fosters self-care, ethics, and leadership in Medicine students.
* Deliver individualized case management for students experiencing academic and personal difficulties, tailoring support to their unique needs.
* Evaluate and refine policies and procedures related to student support within the Medicine Program, ensuring they are effective and well-structured.
* Collaborate with academic staff, wellbeing services, and external providers to provide comprehensive care and support for students.
