Join Our Growing Mars Snacking Team in Ballarat – We're Hiring Across the Factory!
Permanent, onsite roles in Ballarat with 5-day rotating shift roster (Days & Nights).
At Mars Snacking, we're looking for passionate, hands-on people to help us continue making the high-quality products we all love and know!
Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor equipment using software systems and hands-on checks.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth operations.
* Safely run multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring on-time, high-quality production.
* Uphold quality and safety standards while providing detailed shift handovers.
What are we looking for?
* Have an interest in working in Manufacturing.
* Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change.
* Desire for wanting to add value and continuously upskill is key.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* High attention to detail.
* Relatable prior working experience.
* Trade certification is an added bonus, but not essential.
