What You'll Do
* Manage a varied tenancy portfolio, including allocations, inspections, rent collection and tenancy planning.
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties remain safe and well-maintained.
* Build strong relationships and provide empathetic support to tenants navigating complex challenges.
* Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation, policies, and reporting requirements.
* Contribute to an after-hours on-call roster (on rotation).
What You'll Bring
* Experience in property management, social housing, or tenancy coordination.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a calm, professional approach.
* Confidence in handling arrears, maintenance requests, and tenancy disputes.
* A current driver's licence (essential).
* Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (highly regarded).
